Regarded as a pioneer of the documentary style of wedding photography in the UK, Jeff’s evocative wedding images have been featured in Newsweek, The Washington Post, Süddeutsche Zeitung, American Photo, The British Journal of Photography, and every other major photographic and bridal publication throughout Europe, Asia, and America. His work has been exhibited at the Getty Image Gallery in London and the Visa Pour L’Image photojournalism festival in France. In 2008 he was invited by the world’s biggest camera company, Canon, to join their elite Ambassador program. Jeff is one of only ten European Ambassadors and remains the only one to represent the genre of wedding photography. Through his Ambassadorship he spends time each year teaching and inspiring photographers from all over the world.

Voted as one of the top five wedding photographers in the world by the BBC, one of ten best wedding photographers in the world by industry bible American Photo and one of the top 100 photographers of all time by Professional Photographer magazine, his pictures go beyond traditional wedding photographs and in turn have influenced a whole generation of wedding photographers.

“My photographs have always been defined by my love of geometry, composition and available light. I’ve spent my life seeking those decisive moments where the interplay of angles and lines come together within the frame. For me a photograph should always be visually stimulating but it must have the ability to take the viewer back to a past moment and evoke an emotional reaction.”
